General Terms and Conditions (GTC) – MaJewly

 

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed by customers via the MaJewly online shop. The version valid at the time of the order shall apply.

 

2. Conclusion of the contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to place an order.

By completing the order process in the Shopify checkout, the customer submits a binding offer to conclude a purchase agreement.

The purchase agreement is concluded when we accept the order by sending an order confirmation via email immediately after receipt.

 

3. Prices and Payment

  • All prices include statutory VAT and exclude shipping costs.
  • Shipping costs: Standard shipping €4.99. No express shipping.
  • The payment method available is Shopify Payments (all options offered there).
  • Payment processing is handled via Shopify. Your payment details are processed directly by Shopify.

 

4. Delivery and Shipping

  • Delivery only within Germany.
  • Delivery time: approx. 2–5 working days after receipt of payment.
  • Shipping costs are €4.99 per order.
  • Changes to delivery times or delivery restrictions will be displayed on the website in a timely manner.

 

5. Right of withdrawal

The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

6. Warranty

The statutory warranty applies.

For damages or defects that fall under the statutory provisions, the buyer's statutory rights apply, in particular subsequent performance, withdrawal or price reduction.

 

7. Discount promotions / quantity discounts

In the case of discount promotions where the price depends on the purchase of several items (e.g. "3 items = 15% discount"), the discount only applies as long as the respective conditions are met.

If part of the order is subsequently returned or cancelled, the discount for the remaining items will be forfeited, provided the original requirement is no longer met.

The repayment amount will be adjusted accordingly.

 

8. Disclaimer

  • Despite careful review, typographical errors, color variations in images (e.g., due to image editing), or technical problems may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors.
  • We accept no liability for the content of external links to third-party websites.

 

9. Trademark and copyright law

All content, texts, images, graphics, logos and other materials of the shop are protected by copyright.

Use outside the shop is only permitted with explicit permission.

 

10. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. The version valid at the time of ordering shall apply.

 

11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

  • German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
  • The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from contractual relationships between the customer and MaJewly is Coburg, provided the customer is a merchant, a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law.
