Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier,
- have taken possession of the goods, or
- In the case of a single order with multiple partial deliveries, the last goods have been received.

inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email).
You can use the attached sample cancellation form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.
Consequences of the revocation
If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (€4.99 standard shipping).
with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us.
The refund will be made immediately and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received your notification of cancellation.
For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you.
Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund.
We may refuse to refund you until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
Return of goods
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you notified us of your withdrawal.
The deadline is met if you send the goods before the deadline expires.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

We recommend sending the return shipment insured and with proof of delivery to avoid loss or damage during transport.
Partial returns, bundles and discount promotions
In principle, a cancellation is possible for any ordered goods.
For complete sets or bundles offered at a total price, partial returns of individual components are excluded.
In this case, the cancellation always applies to the entire bundle.
If several individual items were ordered and only part of them is cancelled, the refund will only be issued for the items in question.
The originally calculated shipping costs (€4.99) will not be refunded in this case, as they were incurred independently of the partial cancellation.
In the case of discount promotions or quantity discounts (e.g. "15% discount when buying 3 items"), the discount only applies if the discount requirement continues to be met.
If the conditions for the discount no longer apply due to a cancellation or partial return,
The original purchase price will be recalculated retroactively.
The amount to be refunded is reduced according to the individual price of the items kept without discount.
Example:
If an item is returned during a "3 for 15% discount" promotion, the remaining items lose the discount.
and the repayment amount will be adjusted accordingly.
Loss of value of goods
You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that was not necessary for testing the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
This means: You may inspect the goods as would be possible in a shop, but you may not wear or use them.
Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:
- Supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or specification by the consumer is decisive (e.g. personalized jewelry, engravings).
- Delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.
